Expedited Service Fee (per unit) 1.) We guarantee the unit will ship within 5 working days from the day we receive it. 2.) This charge is in addition to the standard calibration, test and/or repair fee. 3.) If we fail to ship within 5 days, the Expedited Fee will be waived. 4.) All shipments returned via UPS Ground. Please mark the outside of your package(s) "EXPEDITED SERVICE"
Please fill out the Service Request Form, including a detailed description of the problem and send your tester to the address on the bottom of that form. If possible, also email a copy of a failed test report to our service department.
